  Se me canceló mi primera reserva por Overbboking, y la segunda por cambio de propietario del hotel. Estoy satisfecho de como gestionó el cambio CyberAndorra, pero no de la seriedad del mi hotel que habia escogido como primera opción (El Serrat), que calificaría con 0. Si CyberAndorra se encuentra a menudo con Overbooking con un establecimiento no estaría de más avisar a sus clientes que se trata de un establecimiento dudoso.
